Founded in 2010 by Daniel Karp and Ariel Dagan, both award winning agents at Keller Williams and life-long residents of Midtown East and the Upper East Side, they were originally known as The Local Team and moved their business to Compass in 2018. Coming from a long lineage of real estate professionals, both past and current, they provide a seasoned yet innovative perspective to the ever-evolving real estate environment.
